Lund Pro Staff, Ted Takasaki wins FLW
Walleye Tour event on Mississippi River

Lund Boat Company is thrilled to announce the triumphant victory of our very own Ted Takasaki during the FLW Walleye Tour event in Red Wing, MN! A 20-pound, 11-ounce limit brought his total weight over the course of the 4 day tournament to 93 pounds, 5 ounces earning Ted a whopping $33,333.

Ted has experienced many wins in the PWT circuit; however he has yet to take home the winning trophy on the FLW Walleye tour. With three FLW second-place finishes over the years, this is an enormous victory for both Ted and Lund. Ted finished second at this year’ first FLW tournament in April on Lake Erie – Port Clinton, OH which puts him in serious running for Angler of the Year.

Ted ran the 2009 Lund 208 Pro V GL and says: "Ever since I got in this Lund I've been on a tear, I cashed a check at every single tournament. It's been good luck." Between his incredible angling skill and the Lund ultimate fishing machine, Ted is on track to have the best year in his career!
